No Dub not yet. I inspected most of the wire going to the back pulled bulbs etc. I found a scuffed wire bundle by the conv. deck lid hinge but no broken wire. What does the Sequence thing do ? I'm hoping I don't have to pull the dash for the headlight switch. It would be strange to my thinking that the switch wiring would just break. With the other areas getting attention console, seats, tranny. I m back at work for a few days to stew over this.

The answer to what the sequence module is and what it has to do with is all in your wiring diagram. If you look at your wiring diagram and follow the wires.,...the 'seguence module' is a part of other parts that will make sense.

If you are still attempting to find the circuit that is causing your .6 amp power drain. I can not grasp WHY you need to deal with the headlgith switch. If the headlight switch is OFF...then there should be NO LIGHTS ON...thus NO power drain. A light bulb that is NOT lit up is NOT drawing any amps. Simple as that.

NOW...if you have 100% confirmed and KNOW for a FACT that the taillight fuse is what is causing your .6 amp draw...then I would have to follow that circuit to whatever it goes to and disconnect it....and I would be shocked that IF your car is still wired as it was from the facotry...that your headlight switch is the problem....and it would be the first that the headlight switch is causing a power drain.

It does not matter at this point because you are looking for the cause of the drain...when you find it than you can deal with it.

Yup when it's unplugged it's 0. It's on the larger wire bundle side.

So with the sequence module disconnected....your amp draw is '0"...that is good.

See if the engine will crank and so on...and test your car and see if it will crank and perform with it disconnected. It may not crank...but... If it does....you can leave it disconnected becasue this system was only used for a few years....and then GM stopped using this module....UNLESS you are a purist and it has to be just like GM made it.

Ok I'm assuming these two go together.. Dub should I disconnect both end of the module? The car would start and run before without the seat belts buckled. I'm hoping it will without this connected. I only had time to take these pics today cause I got off kinda late. I'll prolly try starting it Tuesday. Gotta pay the bills

I know you have a wiring diagram...and if wiring is NOT your 'thing'....well....now is the time to make it your 'thing'.

Like many of the guys I trained in the past..I would have them sit down with the wiring diagram and follow wires and begin to understand what they are doing and looking for. Because IF you followed that orange wire and disconnected it from the sequence module inside the car and tried to crank your engine..did your engine crank???
