Default 1981 with Weber 4bbl
Have 81 4 speed with orig block, aftermarket heads, GM alum intake and Weber 4bbl. Aftermarket ignition, straight pipes to mufflers, no cats. Car runs strong. Opinions on replacing Weber with Quadjet, and aftermarket ignition with stock and bringing exhaust back to stock including cats.

I don't recall anyone here ever running a modified engine and exhaust back to stock....

I'm not a stock kind of guy-

What about using some Weber look-a-likes and converting to Fuel injection?? I think a win-win.
