BBC oil pan
Whats a good aftermarket oil pan for my BBC. Mine hits the steering linkage. Preferably anodized. I see a lot on the internet and lots of them say they fit corvettes. I don't want to have it shipped all the way to find out it doesn't. Thanks. Also, it's a 496 and it has sidepipes.

Milodon 31188 here on my 496. They have models for both Mk IV and Gen V or VI blocks.

Yes. It has a fitting in the pan for a compression fitting style dipstick. I installed the pan, filled it with 6 quarts of oil, marked it for 1 quart low, then added the last quart for the 7 quart capacity "full" and marked that. The block I used is a late 80's early 90's. Don't remember the exact year.
