Going to be installing my rear crossover brake line shortly. The old line that I took off had only two clips on it. The AIM appears to show a third middle clip that is different than the standard u shaped clip that goes around the both sides of the brake lines. Is there a center clip that mounts near the differential snubber bracket and is this clip different than the rest of them?

As tooch's photo shows the center line clip is a small stamped part, but not made from spring steel like typical fuel and brake line clips.
I've seen 2 different 'marks' on the clip.

The other 2 clips for that line are marked in an unusual way too.
crossover line is in. I had that clip in the kit that I bought a while back. It doesn't have the markings but it is the correct type. I used all new clips from the kit on the fuel lines and main brake lines. I found some of the original GM clips were in good shape so I cleaned and used two of them on the crossover line. They are not unpainted natural as they were originally. I removed the rust and gave them a coat of Eastwood black oxide paint. I left the center clip natural.
