Default Side marker lamp

I have a 1979 C3. The left front marker bulb is out. How do I access the socket to change this bulb. Thanks.

From the rear of the marker. Have you peeked under there?

I’m trying to access the rear of the marker light. There are no screws or tabs to remove the lens itself. I have been told you have to remove the front grill under the headlight to access the marker bulb. I will try that tonight.

NO...you just did not fall of the 'turnip truck'...and the reason I can write that is because you asked for assistance and got it and used it and was successful...because if you fell off the turnip truck...you would not have asked and do it yourself and possibly messed something up.

Glad to read you got it done and was successful.

Well thank you sir. I have never been on any type of forum. I bought my car from an older gentlemen and he told me to join this forum. He was exactly right. Life has taught me the only dumb question is the one you don’t ask. Thanks for you help again.

Glad that you did join the forum and used it ...to your benefit I see.

And if I may...when you post a question in the future if you ever see the need to do so...put your year model in your description when you type thread like you did on this thread...it DOES help greatly.

Because from 1968 to 1982...GM changed the design of the Corvette greatly in some areas....where knowing the year model makes a difference when answering a question..
