Default PVC Valve

75 coupe w/350 Z28 motor

I'm smelling fuel to find out that my carbon canister filter is not connected to the PCV valve.

The PCV valve has one nipple on it and the hose that is attached goes to the carb.

Question is where / how to hook up the output hose of the canister to the system?

Drawings I found show the PCV valve with a "T" connection, but yet when I source the PCV valve it shows only a right angle connection.

Your auto parts store will stock the correct valve with the "T" fitting. My '82 uses one with a "T" fitting so you could look at one of those and see if that's what you need.

Hi Len,
When you purchase the new 'T', or 'T' and pcv valve, make sure the nipple on the 'T' for the hose that runs up from the canister is the correct size.
Regards,
Alan

In 71 for instance, the hose from the canister to the T is smaller than the hose from the pcv to the carb.
