Re: Lars Louisiana Trip (C3Vettesrock)
Hi Guys!!!
I'm in Utah right now (Friday eve) and ready to head back to Denver in the morning. Here's the deal on New Orleans:
I'm up for a tuning session with all the great members down south. I noticed that I had some e-mails on my home computer from the LA guys, but I was in such a rush between trips (FL got extended) that I didn't have time to pull up the messages or to resond before bouncing from FL to CO to UT. I'll check all my messages Saturday eve and respond to everyone.
I'll be in New Orleans near the French Quarter Sunday afternoon (Le Meridian Hotel). I doubt the Le Meridian has much of an appreciation for Corvettes, tuning, and parking lot beer drinking (I don't know what their freaking problem is..), so we need to find a place to meet up. Sunday late afternoon or early eve will work great. If some of you guys can either scope out a parking lot, member's house, bar parking area, etc where we can meet up and e-mail me with suggestions, I'll compile and send out some correspondance to everyone that I have a response from on Saturday eve. Right now, I have responses and interest from about 6 people - you're on my mailing list if you have e-mailed me anything.
I actually have to work during the days down at NASA Michoud facility, but I will have evenings free. For anyone who misses a session, I'll be glad to do some individual tuning during the week.
I'll drop out some e-mail notes Saturday eve. If you guys could watch your mail around that time, we'll get this set up - I'm flying out Sunday morning.
Look forward to meeting everyone (...or do I need to practice saying, 'ya'll...??). Sounds like great fun!!
Lars- you seem to be traveling a lot :yesnod: . Let me know if you're ever in Massachusetts. I know atleast myself and one other forum member would be up for a tuning session
