Hard to see in shadow but definitely overheating problem. Say many boards like this during career. Question is it old damage and been repaired? You should be able to tell if the solder looks different in area (new vs old) If you can plug it in and see if it is heating up here.? If it is there is either a resistor or power transistor that is causing. If it is cool and old damage you could leave. If it is hot I would look for a new one as it can become brittle.
