Problem #1. No breather holes.
Problem #2. How to add oil?
Problem #3 No PCV hole
These must be for early SBC that would have an oil fill tube on the intake (327) maybe.

I have a set of these that I got with a bunch of parts, no idea where they are from but the "chevy" and "power" decals are made to be popped out so you can put in a grommet to resolve any of the above questions.
