Mine is made by OTC with a part number of 7068. I bought mine from a professional tool supplier, but I think the NAPA stores can get OTC tools. I don't remember the cost
I think for what these special tools cost he's probably better off taking the arms to a machine shop for assembly. Dis-assembly can be done with a chisel. My opinion would change however if he's planning on doing this more than once or twice?
You need a good press for this job and for a lot of other rebuild jobs. You can get a decent one from Harbor Freight in CA for about $220. If you get one get a 20 ton size you'll use it for a lot of things on a vette.
