75 Tach Repair
I have been working on the '75 over the winter, mainly interior work and then decided to replace the intake/carb/distributor as well. The tach has been reading 700 rpm since I bought it so I think that means it needs a new circuit board, and I think the dash is the same as my '69 which means it is probably a pain to get out. Has anybody done this and found any tricks or work arounds? I think once I get it out replacing the board should not be too tough, I see Willcox has new boards and a replacement service if I end up saying the heck with it.

there were a set of directions on a few days ago, just look back a few days ago for that post, do you have an A.I.M.? That is worth the price to, help show where everything is at, some other good books out there, BUT experience is the bet teacher, did not the internet when I started working on my car(40 years ago). Just had to dive in there an swim(so to speak). Willcox is a good provider of any part, helps a lot here on the forum with questions, and supporter of the forum.
