Installing headline assembly-1972

Hi Bob,
Are you considering the headlight door and mechanism AND the 'frame' that all is attached to the 'assembly'?
Or is the 'frame' still mounted in place?
I think it's quite chancy trying the assembly and frame from the top.
I think it's wiser to install the frame and then assemble the door, actuator, and mechanism in place.

This is the frame (black) and the headlamp door and the operating assembly.
