The suffix code... CGV... Indicates a 1970, 454 c.i./345 h.p., engine, built with a 4 barrel carburetor, for use with a manual transmission, in a passenger (full size) car.

The block casting number is 3963512. The seller say 70 Chevelle engine. I'm thinking of buying it to rebuild an put in my 72 vert it is a big block car but the original motor is long gone.
It appears a 512 block would have been the basis for the 454 engine used in your 72 if it was a bb car.
The stamp:
Are you sure about the second T?
Might it be a 1 or an I used as a 1?
Typically:
T... Tonawanda
01 through 12... the month the engine was assembled
01 through 31... the day the engine was assembled.
3 letters... Broadcast Code

Here's an example of the configuration for a bb stamp. (68-69 engines used a 2 letter broadcast code). Note the 2nd character. It's a 1.... so November 29 for the assembly date of this engine.
