Alternator bracket passanger side
Greetings from North, Finland!
I have below SBC setup at my 69 Vette and belive that I need to mount the alternator to the passenger side. As you can see there is a Moroso Electric Water Pump and the hyraulic pump for PS and brakes.
SBC 434 over all pcture
Here is little detail related pulleys:
The alternator pulley would be the the outer one. The inner one could be used for that too I think. The measurement here is in centimeters
Any similar setups and what bracket you recommend me to use?
BTW. I used to have the alternator at the driver side and used the inner pulley to drive both the alternator and PS pump (same PS pump as in the picture). Now I'm adding Hydroboost for brakes and I think that the belt contact surface would be too short => need to change something.
I also see that the waterpump bolts of that "flush type" are of no help.
Perhaps March has something to bolt to the end of the head.
At least the fuelpump will no longer be in the way.

At this point I'm willing to spent $200, expensive though.
Toothed crank pulleys seems to be hard to find (from Summit) and only two alternator pulleys seems to be available.
This leads to conclusion that toothed pulleys are not used for alternator / hydralic pumps. Why, I don't know.
I guess there is NO WAY of installing that crank-pulley right in front of the harmonic balancer? I does not appear to be reversable, but wouldn't that be slick?
