Ok, I took the car to a local speed shop and they got the bolt out and were able to get it back together. Turns out the support bolts were grade nothing, I'm lucky I didn't break the other one as well.
I think during the winter I will look for a replacement intake to have on hand and then look into doing some work then. Just glad to get the car back together and running. At least my son will be happy that his car is back and running.
Appreciate all the notes on removing the broken bolt off the intake manifold. Learned a lesson in details of torquing bolts...pay attention to inch pounds versus ft pounds. From the attached photos does it look like a good candidate to extract?
