Default Another VAC question

Now onto the next issue of my search for a perfect running 435 Corvette. I've been reading here on the forum about changing the vacuum supply from ported to manifold. My car is a 69 427/435 manual trans car. I bought it from the original owner in 1977. To the best of my knowledge the 1111928 distributor is all original other than the cap, rotor and t.I. pickup coil. The current VAC is stamped MS 201 15. The engine is all stock other than an Isky Z66 cam I installed in the mid 80's. I did shim the distributor endplay to 0.010" at that time. It idles at 800 with 12" vacuum. Any suggestions for a VAC? Leave as is or replace it with ?? The current one does hold vacuum and the breaker plate does move freely. .

Use a B26 on manifold vacuum and limit it to 12 degrees. E-mail me of you need detailed info.
