Default Ignition issues

Still trying to figure out my wiring on my 81. I bought it non running and am reassembling the car. I have removed the computer and am trying to figure out the wiring that resides under the console and around the shifter. I have attached the neutral safety switch but there are a couple more harnesses that are not attached to anything.I assume they are for the ECU but not sure. I have a schematic but having trouble figuring most of it out. anyway, I used a jumper on the neutral SS to just bump the motor and that works so my question is, will the alarm prevent it from starting? is there a way to disconnect it and or remove it? any ideas on what else it may be?

not aware of the alarm having anything to do with starting. When you turn the key to the start position do you have power to the neutral safety switch?
