Default Door Skin Adhesion
I can't remember which thread had the question of gluing door skin to it's metal frame, so I'm posting what a friend of mine did to get the job done.




Her comment: "You can never have enough clamps."

I use SEM 39747 glue... you scuff, you glue and then you clamp and you have about 1 hour of working time..... this stuff will glue oil to water... The down fall is you must have the application gun to install it.

Must be a Beverly Hills door skin. Looks like the Clamp-it family moved in.

YES..as Willcoix stated the SEM 39747 is also what I use and due to being EPOXY based. IF all of the bare metal is covered with the SEM adhesive it cannot rust.
