Gotta add my thanks to Lars for his papers on carb and ignition set up. They both helped me take a tired old engine and put some life back in it after years of neglect by the PO. If I'm ever up that way and we cross paths, beers are on me!

Gotta add my thanks also. Downloaded his paper many years ago when it was first posted. In fact I need to get another one as I cannot find my first copy. Is it still posted on the forum?
He even fixed my carb, repair a leak at the filter, rebuilt it. When he returned it all I did was bolt it on. WOW did it run. People asked me what I did to the engine. Thanks Lars

Don't use any of my papers you find posted on the Internet - people and places posting them do not keep them up to date, and I've seen several altered versions of my papers. Only use papers you obtain directly from me - just e-mail me a request for the paper(s) you want and I'll send you the current and "real" version.

Gary -
Yeah, I've seen my articles with my Copyright removed, my name changed to other names, my info copied and pasted directly into other articles with other peoples' names, and my setup specs "corrected" to incorrect specs. There's a lot of crap going on out there, and a lot of really bad info available to those who are not careful...

Lars, boy can I tell you some stories as I'm sure can as well. All I can say to those unaware is do your homework better then you did in high school. Send a job out with all the promises in the world then wait a year or more to maybe get it back? No information on what was done so how do you know?

Lars and Gary have both worked on my car. Two absolutely awesome gentlemen that it has been my pleasure to meet.

FYI, I got copies of Lars' tuning papers for my buddy doing a '77 Trans Am. Need to get a Beer and Tuning visit to Orlando when he gets done with the car. I did suggest he send the Q-Jet to CO for tuning though.
