What grease is needed to lube manual windows channel?

Most books say White Lithium Grease , I use Graphite CRC Spray. Just be careful it can stain.

If you use the White Lithium than after a while it collects dust / dirt and needs to be cleaned..

This last time I used greaseless silicone spray. Seems to not gum up. I like the graphite idea.

lol darnit! I haven't even touched the interior yet, cars still at the shop. Engine rebuild is basically complete along with suspension, the remaining items are glassing in 68 correct gills and a front spoiler.

then I can put on the door panels, new steering wheel and the seats

The tracks are all gummed up i wonder if Mobil 1 chassis lube would speed things up?
