Thanks guys. IvI' had two Z06s that I spent a bunch of money on. He dynoed both of them. I didn't want him to curve the timing, I just wanted to know what I'm putting down at the rear. What an idiot.
Sounds like someone who doesn't understand how a carb works...and that means he may be able to push buttons on a computer to "tune" but that means he doesn't likely understand truly what he's doing there either. Concepts are identical....
Echoing this again....YES...this guy is limited on his ACTUAL MECHANICAL knowledge on how make a car perform. I know many mechanics that IF they cannot plug a scanner in the cars system...they have NO CLUE. Heck...even some of them HAVE NO CLUE even with a scanner and the car not putting up a trouble code.

Edit nope was reading that wrong red line is modified and blue is L-76 I guess
