I run with solid motor mounts. It’s the best thing I ever did to solidify my front end. It used to move around a lot in autocross, but now it’s like a rock. I also have a four point roll bar and a speeder bar. I’ll be welding in frame gussets next.

I'm looking to install a four point roll bar as well.
Where did you get yours?
Is there anyone who prefers the regular rubber engine mounts for reduced engine vibration for more mild builds under 350 hp?
I get it for big hp and high reving motors because they just break all the time.
I guess even the stock L48 had an advertised 350 ft-lb torque, but is that enough to regularly break mounts?
When i first bought my '72 someone put a chain on the driver's side, and it was pretty original. I noticed the drivers side was broken when i removed the engine, but that could probably be mostly attributed to age. Or would you all recommend even the more stock motors to run at least poly?
I also use solid Maroso's for my 383, with rubber transmition Mount! Blue Printed engine, NO Problems what so ever and the front is a lot more rigid as the engine block acts like a brace. I also run a spreader bar.
