1968 Ignition Switch
I'm finding out that this car has so many unique features! I pulled the ignition switch out of my 68 convertible and it had a lightbulb in it. When I look at a replacement ignition switch, none of the vendors have a switch with room for a lightbulb. So, my question is...is this switch original to the 68?

The original 68 switch was part number 1116697 and this switch was replaced by the standard part number CS62. The CS62 used to come with a light fixture that screwed down between two nuts so you could still use your lamp... but to be honest, it's been so long since I crossed this bridge that I don't really remember.... However, I feel pretty certain that I have either a NOS or a good replacement in stock.. so if you are interested, email me direct at service@willcoxcorvette.com.
