As I stated above I went to Hedman because they had the best reviews from forum members regarding fit and quality.
Good luck!

My concerns with the Hedmans is the oval port primarys against my D port heads - it will leak and header leaks are no bueno.

Do you have pictures and a direct number for contact? I will call tomorrow and hopefully have better luck than I have so far.

Have you heard of anyone using Doug's?

I'm glad it's not just me thst was given the run around with Lemons. I was really disappointed that he was so quick to brush me off after all the good things I have read.

Have you tried calling Doug's? I called and spoke to a Paul who told me the D-322 would fit but I have to change to "big block motor mounts" as it changes where the engine sits". C3 big block and small block mounts are the same so idk about this guy. Maybe you might have better advice if you speak to them?

Let's keep each other informed!

Curious, what brand are the Heads and what are the Exh. Port dimensions?

I have AFR Heads and am considering making my own long tube headers but I'd rather find a good source (the BB's are painful for this type of stuff)

http://acpheaders.com/contact-us.html See if Kerry is available, that is, if he is not off at some racetrack with his Corvette.

I did call ACP 717-232-2800 yesterday and spoke to a Greg who told me they do not make big block headers. I will try again and ask for Kerry.

Will also try ARH - will post my findings - stay tuned!

Shape of primary doesn matter as long as it covers the port.

My Edelbrock heads have D shaped exhaust ports and the primary tubes will cover the ports.

I spoke to someone at Doug's and was told #D-322 will fit??

What's everyone running for full length big block headers? Please post up pics!

cheers fellas!

I'm running Hedman and they fit very well. With my aluminum heads, they had to be slightly dented on the #3 pipe to clear the steering box, but now that I have rack and pinion, they clear everything beautifully.
