This is a completely refurbished carburetor that runs great but has a very rough idle. The Carb is set to factory specs and the computer is not pulling any codes. The Dwell is floating right around 30 degrees. One thing I noticed is when adjusting the mixture screws the screw on the driver side does not have any effect on the idle. I can screw it all the way in and nothing changes. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked to make sure your timing is correct? is the timing mark on your balancer still in the correct position? As Lars would say, "90% of carb problems are in the distributor"
Do you know when your timing chain was last checked?
the fact that the mixture screw has no effect points to the carburetor only. You have a problem with the rebuilder, possibly a blocked passage, contact them

Be aware that "professionally rebuilt" carbs are assembly-line jobs done by 3rd-graders in Mexico... don't get your hopes up on a commercially rebuilt carb.
Check or replace your vacumn hoses might be a quick fit. Try Doctor Rebuild out of Bridgeport Ct he sells all the hoses by the set and has nothing but quality pieces!
