Can anyone tell me what the cable in this photo (circled in RED) goes to? Its connected to the vacuum (circled in BLUE), but the cable isnt connected to anything else. Any help would be awesome!

If it's a 77 it is cruise cable and blue is the servo. If both are in working order they are worth about $300.00 for the pair.
