To follow up, Halon did indeed buy the Capt Lee product and sells direct. They sell it for $29.99 per gallon. No one locally has it here but the woman at Halon said it's best to use it between 60* - 90* in a vented area. I guess that puts off the test until Late Spring.

none, but use plastic to cover the panel after you've applied the stipper, this goes for any stripper u use. The plastic prevents the stripper from drying. work out the air bubbles between the panel and the plastic, let it sit for 20-30 minutes, and watch the paint peel away, like a hot knife going through warm butter.
