Locks "clicking" continuously

Locks "clicking" continuously
1981 starting having issues with battery drain, then noticed the drivers side door lock clicks (doesn't actually lock, just makes a noise) about every 30 seconds, even after car is shut off. Pulled the fuse for temporary fix. Anyone had this issue? Any suggestions? Has power door lock. Thanks.

I have the same problem, but live in north west florida and it,s hot here. with that said I plan on rebuilding my power locks in both doors this fall, there are some good videos on this subject if you do a search, you mentioned you have disconnected your battery, I also have a battery disconnect on mine you can purchase for $10.00

Could be a bad ground or a broken wire that's just touching enough that a vibration is causing a connection that cycles the lock actuator or relay like an annoying co worker.
