Here is an older Crane cam that is a decent cam that works well in a CF motor, Not sure if they still have this and my guess is that you would have to have them or somebody else grind one if they don't. I would go to an aftermarket head with this maybe some 170cc or 175cc runner would be a good choice for a stock motor and an intake replacement. Throw some 1.6 rockers in there and your good to go. Also, if it were me, I would opt for a roller in place of a flat tappet, just have to make some adjustments on it.

Here are a few more that will work for you. I have run the 250H cam in my motor, but the one I ran had a 110LSA as the first cam other than stock in my motor for a few years. Even ran the stock heads, it ran fine, but it will run better if the other mods are also installed and you can run the stock ECM.

have 82 vette do I need to pull motor to install heads and cam?
As others have already said, no need to pull engine. I am a novice and just did this to my 82 a few months ago. I went with Comp Cams 12-388-4, brodix IK 180 heads and the renegade intake. Probably a good idea to do all three. I also decided to upgrade to aluminum radiator and electric fan. She runs good and sounds good with no ecm issues! Will be taking it to the track soon to verify the improvement over stock
