The original issue was with the full weight on the suspension the bar link contacted the link mounting bracket.
None of us have ever asked about your rear spring and whether the car is sitting too low.
With the full weight on the suspension, how is the angle of the two half shafts with relation to the ground, are they parallel or are the outer ends of the half shafts pointing up?

Unfortunately, I took these pictures of my C4 S Type borlas that I had mounted to my C3 and you can just see the MidAmerica GM Style 3/4 inch rear sway bar that has been on the car for about 17 years now....You cannot see the endlink though

I have a 315 lb monospring, and the shafts are nearly parallel. As far as the ride height, it's 28.25 on BFG 235 70 15's. The TRs are rebuilds, installed 2 years ago, along with new bilstein hds, new adjustable strut rods and new half shafts. Thanks
