I would go with the 64cc head to up your compression but you may need to run higher octane

So here's your dilemma: you already have a 9.0:1 motor with 76cc heads, the 70cc AFR would get you 9.6:1, the 64cc would make 10.3:1.
The most duration the CPU can handle is ~212 on the intake side which would be a 9.5 CR cam -- going with 1.6RRs could give you more lift out of your stock 9.0:1 cam

What you are not mentioning is your fuel system upgrade plan - it was designed to support 200hp and it could barely feed that. You need a FPump upgrade and maybe injectors too
Should be a powerful combo

The 5550 ECM should be upgraded. The problem currently is the only option is a 7747. None of the 5550 or 6026 ECMs are being produced or rebuilt.

Here is what I recommend.
1. Heads
2. Cam (convert to roller)
2. 7747 ECM (http://www.dynamicefi.com/EBL_Flash.php)
Move ECM out of battery box into equipment bay under rear glove box, you will have to re-pin wires to 7747 ECM so this is the time to move it.
3. You already have headers.
4. Your going to Renegade, just port match the heads and intake, it will be very little material if any at all.
5. External fuel pressure regulator, parallel plumed.
6. Larger TBI injectors 90# in both.
6. Clean up the TBIs or have them bored out. (be careful not to go to large)
