Default WTF are these?

Hello, been slowly chipping away at the 81 corvette on my days off. I have located what appears to be a three way switch Hidden next to my hood release with a black and blue wire connected to it

Toggle hidden next to Hood release

Toggle hidden next to Hood release

OBD Port under ash tray i'm guessing?

Hidden under shifter? some sort of spring button thing.

Plug under ac control with cut orange wire?
and a few plugs under my Shifter panel that are not connected to anything. One has a brown wire and a Orange wire cut from it? the other I'm assuming is OBD? Anyone know what these are? Sure love Mystery's!

Thanks in Advance, I do have fun working in the garage with the Vette!

Yes, the switch with the spring and brown wire is the emergency brake warning light switch. There's a mounting hole at the front of the emergency brake handle housing.

The cut off connector with the orange wire might be for the lighter. Orange is always constant, fused +12V.

The toggle switch is certainly aftermarket and I agree that it's likely part of an alarm or ignition kill system.

I see that it is the ebrake button now that you say that.
Looking at your post looks like you had quite a Nightmare going on with wiring.

You might be right. The last owner had the car stolen for a two week period and the thief put a screwdriver in the ignition. Will check tomorrow and see what it does. the Alarm has never worked since i bought it a few months back. Had bought a new alarm I had planed on installing.
