You can buy vacuum storage tanks from any auto parts supplier. Just find one of equivalent volume as the stock piece (it doesn't need to LOOK like the stock tank) and fit it in up front in the vicinity of the original tank. The early C3 tanks were cubic in shape and had a volume of 1-2 gallons. Something over 1 gallon will work if the system doesn't have significant leakage.
P.S. Do NOT connect the brake booster into that vacuum system. It should be separately connected to the carb base or intake manifold with a larger size hose/fittings.
