Default Rear leaf Spring bolt/bushing replacement

Have a dual mount rear VBP composite spring and it looks like the bolt bushings are shot esp the top ones. What is the best set to use and can stock ones be used with the VPB spring? Saw on one thread which I can’t find again that poly bushings weren’t recommended

Do the stock ones look like what you currently have?

yea kinda I haven’t taken them out yet and they are missing a bunch of The material see pic I posted

the ones on the front VBP mono leaf spring look to be the same and are in better condition but still crumbling I don’t think they are poly As they feel more like rubber but I don’t understand why they have those slits in them as it seems that’s why they failed

her are pics of front one top and bottom bushing

dont know they were on the car When I got it

yes the last two pics were the top and bottom of front Leaf spring Outer mount

not sure whether to get rubber or poly it’s a sidepipe car and there was suggestion of heat problems with the rear, I’m just driving it on the street

been checking online stock and a few sites are out of poly bushings
