MSD 6AL Box
I'm about to install a MSD 6AL ignition in my 82 Collectors Edition. For the life of me I just can't figure out where to fit it. Does anyone have any ides on where I can place it. If you have any PICS of yours, it would help.

I put mine on the driver's side just. Forward of the fenderwell. But honestly the passenger side in the same spot would be better. My hood prop gets slightly in the way.

Mines is "hidden" under the pass side fender, floating on aluminum extensions. You can kinda see it here in the background

Driver's side on mounting plate rear of the front left wheel well. Look past the hydraboost / left of master cylinder.

On my 73, I removed the disconnected charcoal canister and mounted the box to the whee wheel liner with double vibration standoffs.

That's exactly what I did. Except mine has some extension to allow my EFI harness to run behind it and use that hole.

Not a good pic (I'm too lazy to go out and take a pic), but here's a crop of where I mounted my 6AL box at on my '72 using the rubber vibration feet.
The fender vent is below it so there is air movement to keep it cool.
It's been bullet proof for over 10 years. Be sure to follow MSD's instructions and power it straight off the battery.
I ran the hvy gauge wire down the trans tunnel up into the battery box.

It depends on whether you want to 'show' it, or 'hide' it. Good examples of both, in the posts above.....
