Need new tires for garage queen what ones hold air for long periods of time with out pumping back up? Are TA still in the running? How about Coopers? Any luck with tire rack?
I buy my tires at Costco. I have BFGs and Cooper Cobras on my two C3s. I haven't had problems with either, but I'll probably get Mickey Thompsons next time (or 18" tires).
If you believe the Nitrogen Fill folks, nitrogen doesn't leak out of tires. Good thing air is about 80% nitrogen, so after a few fills, you won't have to pump them up quite so often. A DeWalt DCC020IB inflator makes it easy to check and top off.
Any new tires SHOULD hold air. Radials haven't needed inner tubes since they came to the US in early 70's. BFG T/A's and Cooper Cobras are the most available 15" tires.
Looks like BF Goodrich is in America. Cooper Cobra's or Mickey Thompson are made in Mexico and I feel there a better tire.
perhaps someone else knows something I don't.
Thanks 4-vettes and BFG are the ones i will purchase no matter the price!MAKE AMERICA GREAT AHGAIN!

First thing is to make sure the portion of the wheel rim where the tires bead sits is completely free from any debris. Dirt there is a major cause of tires bleeding down.
