You're not wrong, its rubbing against the control harm. Don't know why. The pitman arm is suppose to fit with the other components just fine.

Could it be that you went from manual steering to borgeson and the pitman arm is for a non ps car?

That is not right, should not be happening. I seem to remember another thread here by someone having the same issue.

Your video:

On mine i had to reposition the clap so it didn’t interfere with the control arm.

Sorry for the late update, I've been doing a lot of other things lately. The unit is working without me making any changes. If you review the video, when the car is on, and it goes all the way to the right it pops into the correct possession off the control arm and was functioning correctly after that. When I filmed the test and saw it pop off the control arm I thought it was rubbing against it the whole time.

Petes73, as far as the position of the clamp, its as I said, I haven't made any changes to it, and it is not rubbing against anything, unless it matters that its turned the other way, idk, I just know its working.

I had a very similar issue. Finally gave borgeson a call and sent many pics, after several discussions they finally said they couldnt guarantee correct fit using aftermarket tie rod links ... Mine was close to the a arm flange, I relieved the flange a little with a grinder and all is well but I couldn't see another way. Had proper p/s pittman arm etc...
Love the Borgeson steering btw...
