Although I was a bit miffed at Summit for advertising a product in their catalog that would not be available for 12 weeks, I also realized that it was the manufacturers fault. Other than that....great service, tech support, and products. :thumbs: :thumbs: :thumbs: :thumbs: :thumbs:

I live about a mile from Summit. I go in there about four times a week and buy parts off of the demo,closeout and return area. I can get some super deals. You have to be there at the right time as they are putting items in that area at any time during the day. I guess that is one benefit of living in Ohio. Summit is building a new showroom area to open in January. The old showroom will become office space. He adds on every few years. The people working for Summit tell me it is a good place to work. I ordered a set of Cragars from Summit and they arrived in the original thin cardboard containers. You guessed it, they were all bent (flat on the rim edge from being dropped by UPS is my guess) and useless. I guess I should have asked them to double box or something. Summitt says to send 'em back so I go to the nearest mail place, not UPS or post office and it cost like $40 each to send 'em back!! They ate the cost but asked me to send UPS next time for the rate. I like them and use them often. All my other orders are right on time and in good shape. Just make sure the easily damaged stuff gets double boxed. :cheers:

I like summit, i've gotten a few things from them, including my flowmaster 40's, and always received quality parts quickly. I'm not so sure how "Free" the shipping is though... when i've ordered online, they always tack on a $7 + handeling charge. my $.02

I really like Summit use them all the time. The last thing I ordered was my Demon carb back in July. I got a 10% discount on it due to a code someone posted on the forum. Does anyone have any idea when a new discount will come from them and possible make its way here. I need to order an MSD setup.

I've been ordering from Summit and Jegs since the '80's. Always had friendly,helpful service! The one thing I like best about Summit's catalog is the "New Products" section, where all new stuff is grouped togther. :thumbs:

I get stuff faster from Summit than the local shops can deliver. When I need something,it's in stock and on my porch in a day or two.Had one problem with my headers,(They shipped the wrong parts) and they made right the next day,even payed shipping on the returned headers.
