Question for the crew. 1971 Corvette coupe with new modern front headlights... I'm struggling with how to incorporate my fiber optics with the new headlights. I am of the opinion that I can't be the only one out there facing this problem. What is the fix?
Thanks Keith
You just need to position the end of the fiber optic cable so that it 'sees' the light produced by the new bulb. The F/O cable just transfers the light [produced by the bulb] thru the glass bundled cable to the little indicators in the console.
Only 'light' is involved. There is no electricity used by the fiber optic system.
