Early C3 muffler ID,,,

I found this L side, low milage muffler in storage and would like to ID the make/manufacturer (its not a Walker #),,, its stamped LQH 0172H, and has INLET stamped in an arrow... Its 17" long, and flat rather than the oval later C3 mufflers.. its similar but an inch longer the mufflers on my 68 327/350
Any ideas?
