79 L82 pulls left

79 L82 pulls left
I recently replaced the power steering control valve and the 79 pulls left. I was told by someone to bleed the valve but do not know how to do that. I had the 79 aligned subsequent to the installartion so it is good . Any thoughts would be welcome.
