Default 1979 fuse box help

Hi Guys,

The fuse circled in blue keeps popping.
Going by the willcox diagram, this should be the fuse for the clocks, cig lighter and courtesy lights.
Am I correct?

Problem is, that ever since this fuse popped, my horn doesnt work.
The fuse for the horn is, as far as i know, the same fuse as for the hazzards. Hazzards work, so that fuse should be intact.
It really is the power feed to the horn that doesn't work, the orange wire isn't getting power.
I see orange wires on the courtesy lights as well,
Do I have a different fuse box? it's a 1979 E code, so made in December 78.

Many thanks.

Default Fuse popping out

Hey I had the same thing on my 79. The terminal for the fuse had broken. Removed fuse box cleaned and solder a new pc on. It does control a lot of things not just horn.

The short came from the fusebox itself indeed. Looks like a bear to remove.
I'll probably bypass it and use an inline fuse. Fire avoided!

dusky. It’s not that bad to remove there’s two screws in interior side and one bolt from firewall side. You’ll be glad you did the firewall side when I took it off had a ton of black hoop crap all over the connectors. So I cleaned it well. The interior side was tricky to get the box rotated so you can work on the back. Had to loosen the main harness clamp and then cleaned it and repaired it. Seat out on your back with head lamp and PATIENCE!!!!

Power antenna is on that fuse.
Do you have a factory power antenna and does it work?
If not, is the cable broke causing the motor to run and eventually burn out the motor?
If it doesn't work pull the connector at the relay under the center armrest all the way to the rear.
