Thank you guys for the help I also got a better video that shows the problem It looks like the thing in the front right isn't spinning and the belt is just being pulled around it.

Didn't need to stick a screwdriver in my ear to figure that one out. I think it's safe to say your compressor is seized.
@interpon Disconnecting it did fix it what does that mean then?
my guess is that you had the ac on inside the car?
that wire powers the clutch to engage compressor...
you have a nice original car...
my guess is unless the ac was converted you have a system that still has freon..maybe r12 or not..or who knows...
My guess is your compressor is seized.
@interpon So does the compressor unplugged just affect the ac in the car? Also, the whole car is original the only thing ever done to it was tires once and the engine got new seals in 96.
the clutch freewheels on the compressor when unhooked or shut off. you can see the clutch engage and force the compressor to go about 1/4 turn before it locks up and squeals. you should be ok as long as you do not run the ac.

What's a pound go for these days. I have just shy of 10lb. When I bought it I paid $2.97 per 12 oz can. Not looking to sell as I have my own 1980 with with an inop AC, but as it's way down the priority list it will be some time before I get to it. The only question is heater core or AC first.
