Auto shifting
My 2nd to 3rd auto box shift is taking some time to change it start when going down a steady incline at 2500 rpm and the revs dropped to about a 1000 then when I put the throttle a little the engine stayed in second and at 3500 so I moved it into second then into 3rd and it shifted but constant light cruising at say 50mph and it down shifts to second and I have to say snick it into neutral then into 3 and it changes , ordered a new modulator adjustable ,, the pipe holds vacuum to the manifold from the modulator and the manifold is pulling 16inch vacuum at tickover , Slacked off the kick down cable alittle so it’s not binding at full throttle as well .the car has only done 7300 mile so the gearbox is new the oil is clean , next thing change the oil and filter in the transmission.any help appreciated
