Default Brake hose thread rear

Hi,
my 69 is currently at the paint shop on the lift and I have to disconnect the rear brake hoses at the frame. So I will need a plug, but currently I cant measure the size.
Can someone of you tell me what thread size we have there, so I can make my self a plug that goes into that brass block at the frame?
Thank you!

Edit: Corvette Central says it is 7/16 x 20 right? https://www.corvettecentral.com/c3-6...equired-193041

Note: never scrap your old brake hoses, one day you will need them for a job like this.

If you didn't replace your brake hoses in the past few years, you are probably due. Or crimp the steel lines that go to the calipers, and replace those when you are done. You don't need to hold pressure, right?

Or use this as an excuse to get braided stainless brake hoses! They do make a difference.

I already have custom made steel braided hoses diretcly to the wilwood caliper and need to remove one as sample for reproduction. It´s nothing from the shelf. I didn´t like the wilwood solution where you put 2 hoses togehter.

Since you'll have to bleed the brakes regardless of what you do, why not just let the lines drain free of fluid? Brake fluid has a nasty habit of leaking past crimped lines and other attempts at holding it back. And, it certainly won't hurt to flush the system when you get it back up and driving.

I know the opposite end for the hard line to the caliper is 3/8-24. Seems odd they would have different threads on each end but maybe not?
