Diagnosing Blower Stopage

Hi everyone, this is the relay for the blower. As you can see from the picture one side isn’t touching, making contact. Should it be?

Hey everybody, so this is what I found in place of my fuse. There is a fuse there however, the fuse is blown.

At store now, and just realized I have NO IDEA what amp fuse to get 😅

Fixed
So, it was running because I made that relay touch on both sides. Not meant to do that I guess. Changed that relay back, changed the fuse, blower working great!
