Default ID'ing Holley Carb

I am trying to ID my Holley Carb in order to help diagnose a problem the car has. I've watched videos but still am not figuring out the Carb. I have attached photos that I hope will help. There are 2 numbers stamped into the carb that look promising but only one could I find on the carb listing. I dont think the description could possibly be for this Carb so I am stumped. Any help is appreciated. The photo that shows # 7794 is from the right side of the carb if sitting inside the car. The one that shows #7051 is on the left side (front) if you are inside the car.

carb close up

stamp shows 7051 - 6499

7794 - 6499

The part # should be on the front of the choke air horn.
That said....that carb is a Spread Bore Double Pumper. Either 650 or 750 cfm.....
The spread bore is still produced but not in a double pumper style.
They were and still are sold as a Quadrajet replacement unit.

That's right. Look at the carb from the front -eye level- and there should be some numbers on the front plate. You'll see them.......

Yep the numbers you are quoting are the metering block numbers.

Many, but not all, Holleys are identified by their “LIST” number on the right air horn.

As noted above, the List Number is stamped into the forward side of the choke airhorn wall - it identifies the carb. Your carb is a mechanical secondary Holley model 4165. This carb was available as a 650 cfm or an 800. The 4175 model is also a spreadbore, but is a vacuum secondary carb. The 4175 models are 650 cfm.
