The result being that linkage doesn't move correctly and clutch doesn't operate properly. Some have said they somehow altered the bracket but show no pictures to show exactly how that works. So my questions are, if the the SD kit is an improvement over new stock linkage rods and does any one have a picture or idea of a way that the Bracket can be held in place at the fork in addition to the supplied bolt. Hope this makes sense. Thanks and take care.
Here is what I did to mine to eliminate it slipping.

That's all it took after it did slip and I thought I lost my clutch. Luckily I was turning onto our street when it popped and it didn't hurt anything. Bent it in my vice.

Here is another option.
The SD rod end is 5/16" and yet the clutch rod clevis is 3/8"
Here is a thin spacer to make the 5/16" bolt fit in the 3/8" hole:
3/8 x 5/16" spacer

Looks like you need to buy 25 or $10 worth

That would be a lot less than replacing the entire lower rod & joints.

OK just got off the phone with Tim Coff at Speed Direct.
Said they have " no problems" with it. LOL!
But he offered to send my info to engineering.
I sent him pics.
And asked for a double shear mounted bolt, with no bracket.
We'll see if they ever get back to me.
I ordered a current one anyway.
I'll fix it myself if I have to.
Both Ignatz and 75 Hot One have already figured this out.
They just need to get us the right parts the first time!

One other thing I did which is **** for sure lol, is I used shoulder bolts in the linkage where the rod ends ride, like the ones below. I did get all rod ends and the rod from Summit as Leigh posted.

I can not take credit for this. I came across this many years ago and saved it.
