Basically the title. Ive never done something like this, but I think one of my exhaust valves has cracked and is causing my car to idle super rough. I want to replace them, but have no idea what to get? Any pointers or tips also welcome!

Have you done a leakdown test to verify that..? I've never seen a "cracked" exhaust valve... If you're just going to repair and replace a single valve, you can simply use a stock replacement Sealed Power valve available from any NAPA store for about $10. The gasket set will cost you more than the valve, but you better verify your problem before you go tearing into it...
