Sounds like something pretty cool to do. A string of Vettes headed out of Houston to Lake Charles to join up would be alot of fun.
Yeah, especially with the new engines in. Would be hard to keep it under the speed limit. Course, with my gears I usually don't run faster than about 65mph on the highway for extended periods of time. I've got something like a 3.83 in the rear. At least that's what my mechanic told me back in San Antonio.....hey, that's kinda cool....a 383 in the front AND the back. A twin 383.

I registered on the 16th. The lady said the packages are at least one month from mailing. Keep an eye on Hot Rod Mag and their website. The hotel and other info will be there too.

i think the long haulers need to get together and work out a hotel list. the hotel in nashville is a lot of $$$ but i saw the inside of the hotel on tv the other day and its nice. a friend told me we could get lost inside it. she also told me she could get me in the La Quinta for $59.99 if i can get ten rooms booked.
what do you guys think?
